腋下多「這兩點」高中妹拒上游泳課 醫驚：是乳頭！
皮膚科醫師蔡逸姍在節目《醫師好辣》中分享，一名女高中生患有異位性皮膚炎，雖然經過治療後，症狀控制得不錯，但女高中生卻常常找醫師開診斷證明書，藉此拒上游泳課，若醫師沒開診斷書，她就會找各種理由來逃避，後來經過了解，才知道女高中生因為腋下多了兩顆乳頭，熱賣3C推薦才讓她不敢上游泳課。
醫師蔡逸姍表示，起初以為女高中是擔心身材肉肉怕被嘲笑，才會抗拒上游泳課，但游泳課是必修課，老師認為女學生一直逃避不是解決辦法，事後找來家長和女學生深談，才知道原來是因為「腋下多了兩顆痘痘」，讓女學生非常困擾。
醫師一看，表示「這是副乳房，就是多出來的小乳頭」，並解釋正常人是兩顆乳頭，但有些是先天性，或是慢慢在腋下位置長出兩顆小乳頭。
蔡逸姍解釋，人在演化中有很多乳腺的移動，可能這名女學生的乳腺沒有退化完全，再加上女高中生正值青春期，對於外觀相當在意，醫師表示多長出來的兩顆乳頭，可以透過手術切掉，才解決女學生一大困擾。
